Front Sway Bar Question

Is the Front Sway bar suppose to be bolted on tight or should there be some play, so the bar can move while taking corners?

Make it tight.

What type of front sway bar did you get? Aftermarket or OEM?

The bar should move when hitting bumps with both wheels.

are you talking about a front strut bar? or sway bar? either way they both should not have any play.

I hear you gain some turning radius by removing the sway bar.

On the minus side, you'll gain 2mm of front ride height due to weight.

Not to mention that of course your cornering will be affected, which is the most important thing to begin with.

You will have more body roll which projects more weight onto the loaded tire under cornering loads and will make it lose traction that much faster.
