bumps in the road

okay so I am told my car has fairly new struts. less than 3 months old , I have continential contitrac tires , and I would like to know to the best of your ability , I know its hard bc its the internet lol , what would cause every little bump to make my car ride like ****? around corners ,and all other handling aspects besides body roll (no sway bar) she handles great , but it feels like a bushing or something is ****ed up because any little crack in the road is just harsh as hell. I figured that since this car is such a boat it should ride like one.

Are you lowered?

I looked up the tires and they are ranked number 49 out of 58 for tires in the same category.. I'm guessing your tires are responsible for the poor ride.

nope I am completely stock =( I was wondering if it could be the tires , which sucks because they all have good tread Ide hate to just run out and get new ones , maybe I could re-sell them or something.

not entirely sure on TP I havent had to fill them up , I wouldnt think they are too high since they sit like they should , I have had instances where I thought they might be low on air and sure enough they are all the same and all look proper to me , but just o be sure I will check that as soon as I get home , theres no bushings that tend to cause this rough ride? I was thinking maybe worn ball joints or control arm bushing?

Thats possible, but lets check the simple things first.

FWIW - Cold tire pressure should be 33F 29R for the SE. I run 35F 32R.
That information is under the center arm rest.

nitrogen ftw, 35 all around. nitrogen is a drier gas and doesnt have to be checked every week or so like reg. air and is a much nicer ride. cj's tires or any tire store should offer this service for about 2-4 dollars a tire.
