I'd make sure the bulbs are making contact with the metal. H3 bulbs are odd..

Bust out the multimeter and check your way around the circuit. I just had to do this with my car (except it was the headlights). Basically, I started at the battery and checked my way around until I found a break in the circuit. Good luck.

try the other bulb on the pass side as well and see if it works. it it does, then the driver side wiring needs to be tested.

I tested the one that worked by turning them on and probing at the two points where the bulb connects. Got 12v. Then tested the one that won't come on the same way and got 9v, wierd right? So I pulled the cable apart and cleaned out the terminal and viola she's working now!
Thanks guys!

I had already tested the bulb by touching the outter ring to the ground of the battery and the positive to the battery and the bulb lite right up. Plus it was right out of the packaging. So I knew it wasn't the bulb. Good point to check it though. I did say at the beginning of the post that I knew it wasn't the bulb.
thanks though.

There are too many people that assume something is good because they just bought it. Since you hadn't mentioned that you had actually tested the bulb, we had to try.

I've recently had this problem.

1) Check the fuse box located (inside driver's side knee) check for blown fuse 7.5.

If that does not work.

2) Take out the fog light completely and replace the wire attached to the fog light (the short one). You should be able to find one at a junk yard.

Edit: never mind :P Just saw that you've fixed it.
