Please, no need to apologize.

Once I get my alignment done (just replaced my steering rack and pinion), I'm hoping to get the pics up around 3 - 4pm.

Neocry, in the pics you took, they kind of look like the red clear i30 tail lights. (It's a good thing.) lol. Anxious to see pics of them mounted on the car!

Sorry guys,

No pictures today (cloudy as hell). Also, I'm having fitment issues right now with the trunk light. I think I need to take all the glue off then reinstall.

At night it looks like I have a busted tail light for some reason (maybe it's just me).

I will most def post pics tomorrow.

I was worried about that. With the clear housing and no housing for the bulbs, that might be a problem.

Not too bad. I think it would look alot better without the bottom corner marker light on. Overall, I like!!!!!!!

Just pull the bulb out of the socket and then plug the socket back into the tail light. That's how I've done my red/clears.
Overall I think they look pretty good. Just as Chrisman287 stated, I think they would look even better with the led bulbs.
Can you take some more night pics but a bit further away to see how the tails look fully luminated?

But I must concur,

These seem to put out more, just like redheads. But I'm old fashion, I like my bulbs with a little thing inside that flows with passion. And so I need to brush up on my LED knowledge

Its on Ebay, I was looking for some bright bulbs for my reverse light. But those LED things are EXPENSIVE!

LEDs are awesome but wont work with the signals unfortunately. They don't look too bad but definitely need the LEDs to complete the look. Daytime pics are necessary as well.

Yes they do, I've been running LEDs in my rear turn signals for months, you will need load resistors though. A 6ohm for each side.

Yeah that's what I meant, they won't work without the load resistors. Not really worth the effort IMO but for these tails I'd try it fasho.

I had the same problem with the trunk lights aswell when i bought ebay red/clear tails. you cant tighten them much otherwise u'll break the stud off the taillight. What i had to do was drill out the holes on the trunk itself that the studs enter into. This allowed the taillight to sit into the trunk more giving it a more flush look with the corner taillight. I'm not saying you have to do this because i have not seen the lights, but i had to do that on mine.

you need to debadge your trunk now

wow lights look great on the car. LEDs will definitely set them off. I had those LED bulbs that leo posted in my front corner lamps years ago. they are definitely bright as hell.

Really? I've been having trouble seeing my reverse light when I back up. And I was thinking about replacing the bulbs with some bright LEDs to help light up the back of my car a little bit more.

But I'm not sure if the reverse light's purpose is to light up the road behind you a bit or just signals that you are backing up. But either way, your confirmation is all I need! OFF TO EBAY!
