Injector question

So, i'm in the middle of doing my 00vi swap, and I look at my injectors and find this:

Now on one injector there are three of those clips broken, one another two, and on the third only one.
Question: Do I need to get new injector or will these work?

Those clips mean nothing. Just changed my gaskets this summer and checked all my injectors and a few of them do not have that clip at all. It just helps to keep the small o-ring in place. Its not needed.

Thanks for the answer. I figured they were the pintle caps, and decided to run the injectors as is. Works fine so far. =)

That's cool, I managed to put the 00vi on, though right now running without IACV (just a block off plate on the 5th gen throttlebody) and without the EVAP system connected. (didn't have a long enough hose), and without an RPM switch (having one built by a friend atm). So besides not being able to enjoy the power, it's in running order for now. :P
