Catalytic Converter

Car='96 Max 330K+miles

I installed a warpspeed total exhaust system about 3 years ago. There is alot of hesitation when stopping and starting up (just did a tune-up 3 weeks ago), and knocking in the exhaust and the cat seems like it might have seen better days.

Any recommendations on a place to get a replacement cat? (Not catback, just the catalytic converter)

Since it was installed just 3 years ago then the CAT will be easily replaced. It's just 4 bolts you need to loosen.

All you need besides a new CAT is 2 new gaskets. I installed the maganflow CAT I got from warpspeed.com. It costs $85 in a package but you'll pay $100 purchasing it alone.
