My J30 projector retrofit

i finished my budget retrofit using J30 low beams. yes, i know theyre halogen projectors, but its better than glare right? the cutoff is there, its not as crisp as id like it to be, but what can you expect from a budget setup like this. i can make it a little better with different lenses right? the fact is, its extremely inexpensive, looks pretty sexy to me in the daytime, and it redirects the light away from oncoming eyes. and to be truthful it lights up more of the road in front of me, not so much to the sides tho lol. i still need to aim them some more, i think i need to bake em apart again and reposition the projectors themselves cuz theyre pointing slightly outwards, oops. but anyways, i like it. ive never done this before, so its really basic, i dont even have shrouds but i can live with how it looks to be honest. i'll try to get actual light pics after i re-aim them. maybe chrisman can chime in with cutoff pics if he wants...

He sold the high beams to me Anyway, I'm doing this same set up but with 3" ZKW-R clear lenses spaced 6mm and a 55W 6K kit.

Here was my cutoff before the 55W kit..

Not bad man. Cheaper than other projector mods, and I like the fact that you are using Nissan parts. I am thinking about doing a projector setup for my car using the J30 parts too. I want to use both beams though. I haven't seen anyone use both the high and low beam projectors in a fourth gen headlight and I think that it might be an interesting concept.
