And VQ i'll look for you. Althought you'll be able to find me since i'm the youngest one there. Lol
That sounds really nice! sounds meaty and not high pitched. Seems like most specs for our model are pretty good sounding, especially the lower end price wise. Always a plus. The Injen Intake lowers the growl a bit too right?
^ Admittedly the Injen does sound good. You can hear its suction (no homo) at idle but its a performance robber. The filer and some of the piping is routed next to the hot a$$ radiator. You'd be better off getting a maf adapter and a cone filter, and slapping that on with the accordion section. That'll give it the "growl" you're looking for.

My solution for you; Ditch the Injen and get a true fenderwell CAI like me. I got my low end back and still have almost the same top end. For us autos it's probably the best intake.
I had a Bomz SRI already and got the CAI pipe that goes into the fender used off here so I'm not sure if they come with a template but I doubt it. Here's the template anyway though, I didn't need it personally.

All you have to do is save it and then open it with a program, like Windows picture and fax viewer and print to full page.

This is the only pic I have. As you can see the pipe after the MAF goes under the fuse box and into the fender. The filter sits behind the driverside fog right in front of the driver splash shield.

My buddy down in FL made that, then gave it to me. Here's his thread from when he first made it:
