Dumb fluid changing questions.

I don't have the owners manual and I"m ready to run out the door to do things so if someone can help me that would be awesome.
I'm planning on doing an oil change and transmission filter and gasket today. What type of trans fluid is recommended for a 97 auto and how much?
Also how many quarts of oil?

While you are at it, do yourself a favor and buy a Haynes manual.

I have a good question, I am about to install my reman tranny but, I am wondering if I am supposed to replace the radiator because of the lucas that's in the cooler lines or can I clean the radiator and the tranny cooler lines with something.

When replacing trashed autos Ive always flushed the tranny coolers with brake cleaner and compressed air.
