Where to get antenna adapter? Not the typical one

I have the antenna adapter for the back of headunit. I need one (male to female) that will plug into a window mount antenna (female and the normal connector) and a male end that will plug into the one that comes out of the factor antenna. The one that comes out of the factory antenna is super tiny and I can't find one that will plug into it.
Any ideas?

I have no clue. It was one of those universal ones, looked like an octopus.
