Clutch Pedal is twice as stiff all of a sudden?

Replaced the clutch, pressure plate, tob, etc at the end of November with a six puck clutch. Replaced the slave cylinder and went to a SS clutch line as well.

Its been fairly close to stock feeling since then, but since two nights ago, when i got back in the car after work, the clutch is probably about twice as stiff. Fluid is ok. Still shifts fine. In fact, it feels better! Like, im not getting any clutch chatter like normal (which has doomed me), i can actually feel what seems to be an engagement point. Just a lot harder to press down.

Any ideas? Ive heard slave cylinder...or could it be this whole time it had air in the lines? To be honest, this is what i was expecting a stage 3 clutch to feel like, (never driven one really) but it hasnt felt this way so now idk. just seeing if anyone has experienced something like this. thanks

i have a competition clutch stage one (their disc is a six puck) i've had random times where i get the same thing you're talking about, but then mine goes back to pretty much a stock feeling..either that or my left calf is larger than the right one now. but it feels stock now, but ill get random times where it gets stiff (pause)

i wd expect the clutch to be stiff if u go from anythhin other than stock. Especially with stage 3.

Now, why the clutch only now feels stiff is another thing...prolly jus the break in period

it wasnt really any stiffer than stock for the first 2+ months. break in period doesnt make sense (to me) because ive driven close to 2k miles, and i would think its a gradual break in feeling anyways, not one press of the clutch to the next literally.

Mine gets really stiff if the temperature drops below 0F. It is stiff to press in, and slow to pop out. No problem in normal operating temperature.

My stage 2 is about the same softness as my stock clutch. It grabs much harder however.
