Is your engine temp normal, overheating? Is it kicking in and out? or on all the time? Are both turning? Or does it just seem like theres less air moving, and there's no problem yet?

There is very low airflow thru the vents. Its heating up, normal temp, will still blow hot when on....just seems like its limping through it or blocked?

Ok, first off listen to the blower motor to see if all the fan speeds work? If they are, move on to check and see if your venting is working properly, check the defrost, floor, vent, def/flr and see if it's directing the flow of air to the selected position properly. Also, check to see if the recirculating air/fresh air function effects anything. If everything seems fine, I'm thinking the vent which initially opens when you turn the system on, isn't opened all the way, and not allowing max volume of air from the blower out to the selected vent. or maybe something broke in the venting, and the air is escaping there. let me know

Try feeling the top rad hose to see if you can feel thermostat open once it hits operating temperature, also i would think the temp gauge needle would take alot longer to reach normal temp if it was stuck open, or opening early.

If this is after letting the car reach normal operating temperature, then the thermostat needs replacing.

Yeah, its cold after reaching full temp....fan speed does not affect flow through vents.

The whole time I thought your fan speeds were working? Check for bad connection at blower motor, if not connector issue. REPLACE blower motor!!

Haha, no....its gotta be a ground at the blower, I am going to reground everything, clean. And possibly just upgrade wiring.....it keeps intermittently wokring, then major pothole and it stays on....so, blower motor possible, otherwise, time to clesn up grounds and check electrical chit.....thx 4 input
