Does warmer ambient temperature cause starting problem?

I have been battling with hesitate starting problem for a year now. The car (95 GLE, 130K) sometimes took two tries to start up, but this only happened sometimes not always, and usually it is when a car sitting for hours. It is not a huge problem as it almost always start on the second attempt. I have so far replaced plugs, fuel pressure regulator and cleaned up both POS and CPS. None seems to be affective, but when it turned into winter, the problem seemed to go away - I couldn't be happier. Today, it is first day above 50 degree outside since the winter. The starting problem re-visited when I came back from work. It feels weather related and it only shows problem in warm whether. This doesn't make much sense to me. I have heard people having problem in code weather, but mine seems to be opposite. What do you guys think could be the culprit here, or I am still not on the right track in term of troubleshooting.

And you said you replaced your FPR? Hmm..when last you changed your plugs and what brand are they? I am pretty sure any minute now, cashoit will do the usual cleaning of TB, IACV, MAF and add some chevron in the tank...

I thought about the ECTS; but I have a ScanGauge-II connecting to the ODBII port; and have been monitoring the water temperature all the time and it seems to read properly. But its cheap, I might try a new one anyway.

Is the ignition switch sensitive to the ambient temperature? It has been working perfectly the entire winter...

All OEM parts from Nissan. Oh, I forgot to mention that I have cleaned IACV and TB about two years ago, and also replaced all the water hoses...
