Power seats -fwd/bck

Well today i got some leather power seats for my 97/SE maxima out of a 98/SE and the job seemed straight forward!

Unbolt the seats
Disconnect battery
Disconnects seats from connector
pull seats from car

Then i went to my donor car and i double / triple check'd that everything worked and all the seats worked fine! Tilt, forward, back, up , down... everything!

I removed the seats from the donor car and i put them in my car and both the driver and passenger seats do not move forward or back!

Everything else works.. it tilts, goes up and down but on both seats, driver and passenger, the seats dont move forward and back!

The seats are currently as far back as possible so its not drivable like this!

Im scratching my head here?? I tested both seats quite well before migrating them to the other car!

Any thoughts .. what could be the prob?
Is there a fuse for just the forward and back? I dunno what to think!

make sure you didnt unplug the connections under the seat that plug from switch to motor for fwd back movement

Youre saying that i accidentally unplugged the wire that goes from the motor to the switch on BOTH sides?

ill look but .. that would be one hell of an accident. Guess anything is possible.

i swapped leather power heated w air bags froom a 99 gle to 99 gxe, i didnt have the wires in. but 1 hot wire and one ground powers the movement fwd back tilt and all so i dont think its a fuse, maybe try to wire it direct like i did and see if that does it
