You are supposed to do a series of 10 decelerations from like 30-15 mph, 15-30 seconds apart. Then do 10 from 45-15, like 30 seconds apart. Then do some 60-15s, probably 45 seconds apart. Then you just brake gently for a few hundred miles, like as if your grandmother was in the car with you. The pads probably won't come in total contact with the rotors at first, this is normal. Just take it easy for like 300-400 miles and you will be ok.
