Input On Custom Exhaust

have any of you guys gone down to a local muffler shop and ordered a custom cat-back exhaust??? if so what were your results? is it worth saving 200-300 over a greddy or apexi, and getting it done at a local shop???

Custom exhausts, the ones that I seen some of these guys get some dont sound right, and why are you going to spend your money on just the muffler? You wont regret replacing the catback pipe and the B pipe, you ll notice the gain in power trust me. I would just wait and spend the money on a good exhaust vice a custom one thats just my opinion.

Search and see if anyone has had a great experience with a shop. I can't recall.

my Apexi only cost $360 I think so I don't see where you are saving much money and you are sure to get an inferior product.
