where does this hose go?
i found a hose in the engine bay on my 98 that goes nowhere, and am hoping someone can tell me where it is supposed to end up.
it is between the wire loom that feeds the fuel injectors near the front of the car, and the hose that runs from the front valve cover to the box between the air filter and the throttle body.
on my car it is connected to the valve cover hose with a plastic clip, and runs down the side of the valve cover, and shoots off towards the battery. the battery end of the hose turns downward just before the battery, and then stops, without a plug or anything.
it looks like the other end might go to the transmission. is this a transimission breather hose?
thanks
