I put in some control arms. sway bar endlinks and sway bar bushings...now i got wheel rub on full turn -_-. anyone know anything about this? maybe these control arms are a little different. it almost sounds like the brake rotor is grinding.

. It is rubbing against rotor most likely. Push away from rotor at the bottom where the lower control arm meets.

dust shield would make just a noise. no i didnt get an alignment. (seems like a toe issue) and it seems like the control arm is touching the rotor. (at least thats what it feels like). havent really checked it yet tho

Your rotor will have noticeable grooves cut into it if it's rubbing on something. Check it out and keep us updated

Get an alignment first. Then check to see if the sound is comes back after that. But you should be good after the alignment. But stop procrastinating and get the alignment done, or else you're going to have more problems, like getting new tires eventually. Or damaging another component.
