Improved performance after changing oil and air filter
Just changed the oil, oil filter and air filter this past weekend and noticed that the Maxima runs better. Air filter wasn't drastically dirty, could still see some light through it. Any ideas??
Second....ideas on what...?

It's called the Plaa-Cee-Boooooo effect!
Happens every time we do maintenance on our cars.
You should see/feel what happens when you put MAXIMA.ORG stickers on the windows...

I thought this forum was to help fellow Maxima owners, no matter how trivial the question may be. Ok, I'll admit that the thread is a little trivial, but out of all the vehicles I've worked on, I never had a car that showed a little improvement from just changing the oil and air filter. I was thinking that the MAF was getting better airflow due to the new air filter, but like I said, the old filter wasn't that dirty. I've experienced performance improvements when changing plugs, cap/rotor and points(back in the day).
