Well maybe if they make the 95-96 style for both 95-96's & 97-99's, we could still have a chance for them to make grilles for our 95-96's

I used the duplicolor perfect match on the mirrors, door handles and grille, turned out great

The grilles arent that different, so the design could stay the same. Arent the tabs a little longer on the 97-99 than the 95-96? Correct me if im wrong, but if that, and the hood lever placement, are the only differences then simply offer one with longer tabs and a small space in the actual mesh part, for the hood lever, for the 97-99, and cut the tabs a little shorter, and cut the space on top of the grille frame instead of in the mesh for the hood lever, for the 95-96. Same grille, with 2 small variations to accommodate both 97-99 & 95-96 bumpers. I would think doing it this way would be cheaper than creating two different designs to accommodate both, w/o leaving anyone out, of course I could be wrong.

Unfortunately, the grills are too different and there is no way that one design could work for both. For starters, the bumper covers are different, right where the bottom of the vertical "bars" of the grill and the bumper cover meet. The 95-96 bumper cover is a good 1" higher at this point.

Maybe there's a misunderstanding, people are poorly informed if they think the design of the mounting of the 4th gen grills are all the same, as wiz pointed out they are not.

Not my point, and I'm sure I'm not alone when I say this:

I would be in line to buy one if C-Mod could make all of the grills look like 95-96 grills, or atleast make a 95-96 clone grill for 97-99s.

you talking about just making an oem grill that has the style of the 95-96 but made to fit the 97-99 bumper?

Our shop is currently working on the 97-99 grille and we also received the part for the 95-96 grille if we want to make it later.

It would be nice if we are going to make one grille for both 95-96 and 97-99, but it would be impossible because of the designs of the grilles and front bumpers, can someone post a close up picture of a 95-96 grille fitted on a 97-99 front bumper?

So i'm guessing, the nails are in the coffin for the 95-96's, at least for right now correct?

There are less than 10 people in the group buy for the 95-96 grille, we are not saying that we will not make it, but it would be a good idea to see how well it comes out with the 97-99 grille before we work on the 95-96 grille.

Very nice indeed. If I wasn't making my own I'd say sign me up for the '95-'96 version. Sorry guys!

Please check page 2, it should be $130-150 plus shipping cost, cheaper with the group buy, final price will be confirmed when the grille is ready for sales.

That doesn't look bad, it kinda reminds me of the front after market buyers (the grille part of course) that are made for the evo 8's & 9's. I may consider this, but its between a front lip or grille. Hmmm...
