just installed my MEVI and the red and green led's are always on! the mevi is not activating...i followed all instructions on vqpower forum and almost positive i wired the switch correctly...from rpm switch...yellow goes to vacume solenoid, red goes to power supply black goes to ground and whit goes to tac sig which i spliced and soddered into the tach sig from ecu the white wire with green stripe...please someone let me know if i did something wrong or have any ideas of what it may be
