Iacv noise killing battery

Dek swap using 5th gen iacv. I recently did a clutch swap. Everything went well. I did not touch the iacv at all. I did move the battery of course and the small relay box connected to the battery tray.

Now with the car off after i drive the iacv keeps making a noise. If i unhook the battery the sound goes away. When i hook the battery back up it doesnt make any noise until i crank the car and turn it off again. Im fairly certain this is killing the battery. I searched and some have said egi relay? But mine doesnt click or anything like some have suggested. So im open to any info or ideas

To confirm it's the IACV you could unplug it after you shut off the car. If your battery isn't dead the next morning, you have found the problem.
