Well...
If you're talking about an entire seat replacement (not just the leather covers), I would assume the front 2 will go in with no problems, however the rear two would not. The only trouble I could see with the front two is the power seat adaptors, but even if they do not have the same interface, one can only cut and splice. I don't think anyone actually has done this yet though...maybe you'll be a first.
