its pulley!!! lol as far as that coolant goes is it leaking from the resevior, i would check that first. also check to see if you hear a hissing when it gets warmed up when you have the engine running, or if more coolant comes out when its running. it may be a pressure crack on the hoses.

thats a tricky one what i would do is drive around let it warm up, then turn it off and see if you can see where it is coming from? i would think that normally under pressure it would leak more then after you turn off the engine lol...try that and see if you can figure out where the leak is from. if not ill crawl the interwebz and see if i cant pull up some reasons for yeah.

searched the webz it could be the water pump? or your overflow resevior tank has a crack in it, or you have a small crack in your radiator that swells shut under pressure and leaks when cooling, also could be small hole inthe hoses...hope that helps keep us informed

Just to give you an idea, I paid my mechanic to replace the water pump, wp gasket, thermostat, and 2 drive belts for $250 labor. Parts were about $50 if I remember correctly from Advance Auto. Took about 5 hours to finish.

follow the forums on here and a haynes manual...rely here the most lol, it isnt that hard i have done it on my old eclipse, but it should be decent...give yourself a whole saturday to do it though, just in case you get stuck somewhere and make sure you have a ride to the parts store if you break something lol. i always end up breaking something lol
