anybody had any problems with the coilover rubbing on the axle boot../

anybody had any problems with the coilover rubbing on the axle boot../

so i dropped my car on d2 coilovers and notice my axle boots where spitting out grease...lifted up the car and realize that the bottom of the coilover thred was rubbing on the boots...any suggestions.....i know raise it up but i cant lol i love the stance..lol

no way around it. even if you lift it a little, those seals will give out sooner or later.

buy shorter coilover thread inserts (or whatever you call em) i assume graff hip hop is Viktor lol im still learning some of your SN's lol but yea same ish here popped my passenger side cv boot

Make the holes on the coilovers elongated so you can slide them up a little on the knuckle.

D2s are as far as I know identical to Ksports except for the color.

Take a picture of the rubbing so that I am sure of what you're talking about. I think you're having the same problem I had if I'm understanding you correctly but I want to make sure. I think you're talking about the bottom "jam nut" sort of thing that tightens against the flange which bolts to the knuckle. If so, all that **** is adjustable on the Ksports and can be adjusted on the D2s as well as far as I know.

Josh yeah its me lol well i guess that ima have to buy shorter struts lol i already got the quote for them lol

no is the strut its self lol. But i called d2 and they hace shorter
