Do you have the relay (FR FOG LAMP) in the box by the power steering oil reservoir?

My car didn't come with fog lights and I don't have the relay.

did you get the fogs from a JY? when I got my old sset of fogs, both bulbs were blown. I couldnt the problem for anything, then I checked the bulbs.

Also, did you make all connections to the stalk?

Since they don't light up for you, checking the bulbs seems like a logical thing to do, regardless of what the seller said. The shipping process could have broken the filaments.

Also make sure a good 15 amp fuse is installed in the fuse box in the engine bay.

Uh, the white wire coming from the bulb needs to o to the red wire on the harness. The black wire is the ground and goes to the terminal on the foglight housing.

How about the light switch? If the car didnt come with fogs you had the change the switch to one that has the fog switch.

and to JNCoRacer so the one on top is wired up right and the bottom isnt but i dont see how that would cause both of the lights to not work

If you wired it up like the bottom pic first you might have blown the fuse or even the relay. Though Im sure the fuse would blow before the relay did. If everything is good Id get out a test meter and start finding where the break is. Somewhere between the relay to the switch to the fogs youve got power not flowing.

wow, that's def. not right. the boot thingy on the black wire (ground) goes on the tab that's sticking out on the housing. the bulb wire plugs in the long rubber boot (red wire).
get a voltemeter and see if you're getting around 12v at the black and red wires.
check the 15a fuse, it might be blown.
