Quick ecu question

Hey guys I just swapped out my ecu do I need to take to a dealership To get it reprogrammed? Or is there a way to D.I.Y.*
*Sorry if this seems like an obvious question just wanna double check*

Gotta take it to a dealership to reprogram it with the keys.

what year is it? i dont think you need to reprogram the ecu in a 4th gen as i have swapped ecus more than once

Omg ****t I for got to say it's specs

It is 99 max fed gxe (unfortunately) Just swapped with same ecu

99 is first year eith NATS so yes you would need a reprogram which is generally around 75-100 bucks
