$150 wont get you even a decent system. What it will get you is a decent amp, OR a pair of decent speakers.

Well, that'll buy you a lot of receiver but that's about it. For instance, I bought this Dual receiver for my Integra:

http://www.crutchfield.com/p_070XDM6...r=FFBrand|Dual

Has built-in Bluetooth, USB and ipod and micro card input ports, CD player, and removeable face. The bluetooth is seamless and always picks up my phone.

Are your threads legit? You have to know your not getting a system for $150.

I love these questions :-) People think you cant get a decent system for under a grand because they dont have the hook ups lol Buying a new system on your budget is probably out of the question. True audio guys like myself are constantly changing things and therefore have old quality components for sale for cheap. A good starrting point for your system is here http://www.sonicelectronix.com/?affi...FUOQ7QodI2TFoA. They have killer deals every weeks and if you are patient and slowly upgrade your system over the course of a year or so then you will have a high fidelity system for relatively cheap. In your case, like the others have wisely said, I would start with a high quality HU(alpine, pioneer's higher end products and Sony is making really good products in the past year as well surprisingly enough) which is one of the most important parts of any system. Know what you want to do ahead of time and get enough pre-outs and audio-ins. Get one with an Aux port and also a USB. Get one bluetooth capable and hd radio capable. Insure it has at least a 24-bit processor and at least 25rms per speaker. Do your research and slowly start building up to an end goal. hope this gets you started

Since i'm in the Christmas spirit still,

This
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...Pod-Cable.html

is a MUCH better choice. In fact, it took me 2 seconds to search that site and I may need to spend some of my Christmas cash to pick one of these up. Boss HU's are crap. Trust me! I made that mistake once years ago.

Add these
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...ce-6032cf.html

and watch CgL for a good deal on a simple amp/sub combo.

Probably a $250 total budget for that setup but as cheap as I can think of off the cuff.

Good luck and God Bless,

-DC

Dude you have got to search. Your making people really angry. You seem like a nice enough person but posting a million threads on topics already discussed in detail previously will get you banned in a hurry.

I say just get 2 pairs of those Infinitys somebody posted and a HU Kenwood, JVC, Pioneer, or a Sony for under 150 and that will handle your 250 budget later get a amp and subwoofer....

I was gonna say for 150 bucks u can get a HU and speakers. It WONT be a name brand but u can find it.

Back in the day, i found a new HU for like 60 bucks and new speakers for like $25/pair from ebay.

Its doable.
