It would help to make some kind of video so we can help you determine where it's coming from. My guess would be some kind of vacuum leak though.

My Max makes a sucking noise the whole time the engine is running.. but that could be just because I have an intake.

Sounds like a vacuum hose leak to me. Check your valve cover breather and brake booster vacuum hose.

Check to make sure your air temperature sensor is securely fit. Use some RTV or silicone to seal it, and check to make sure your engine movement hasn't loosened the connection to the throttle body. Is it a ram air or pop charger? (short or long tube)

Video will help us to help you.
Might be your "aftermarket" intake making that sound you're talking about.
I have a CAI. I get a whistle sound when I drive but I know its my intake sucking in air.

check all your lines. esp the brake booster. it would make a loud noise if it came loose. Maybe your intake isnt supported right and it knocked something loose. Common. Either way, to hear it in the cabin? dunno. No video no help after this
