the AEM meth kit is sick. I watched an install once on an EVO. I used to enjoy this forum when I thought it had mostly real people who talked cars not ****. But I wont be around much anymore. I have enough problems as it is and my temper has landed me inside to many times so I know what sets me off and can avoid it now. Its my car and my girl now and I stay outta trouble

My great aunt owns a mountain in the Catskills and I make it up north once every few years which should work out perfectly for the build progression. it's a car forum, the banter is gonna happen, and has been happening as far back as i can remember. My performance background comes from Hondas, our old race car pumped out 757whp, but we're no where near faster than anyone. Maxima forums sh*t talking is tame compared to smack talk on Honda-tech and in real life at the track/money races. Point is, theres always someone faster, talks more, richer, better car, etc. but thats what makes the scene fun. take it in stride, build your car and let it do the talking.

I started out in the Honda world with an SI but at the moment the boost controller is effed up and its making a whopping 200whp.

I dont have thick skin. I had to fight everyday when I was a kid and I despise bullies and people who put others down for no reason. The people I hangout around build cars and stay out of trouble bc if you open your mouth to the wrong person? You get a jericho in your mouth and learn thats a bad idea. The car scene in ATL is what you would describe as dangerous to put it mildy. You beat the wrong person? and they follow you home and kick your door in. I left that in my rearview

This cars fast as long as its not in the damn impound lot. Think hes asleep, no response so picture will have to wait. I was just there tonight helping him fix his DD, a grand prix if im not mistaken lol but the SI is far from reliable. Its got tuning issues out the *** at the moment and money is tight with him.

yes ive gathered. In a forum of thousands of members theres maybe 100 that are serious about building their car and thats all they come on the forums to talk about. The vast majority just hate when they see someone surpassing them in performance so they talk **** all day. The car scene in general is filled with mostly decent people who enjoy seeing a fast car, not so on the forums.

 

oh he sold it about a month ago. I have no idea where it is now. This was at his body shop when I stopped by to picture it. He was askin 8k! thats a GD steal

EDIT: actually I take that back, I havent seen him in a while. He might not of sold it. He wasnt gettin much traffic even off of Buford hwy. I think he did frequent import atlanta thoug. small world though lol. You ever ride in it?
