Sub Frame Collars VS ES Subframe Bushings

As the title states, does anyone have pros or cons one way or the other regarding just adding the subframe collars versus changing out the old bushings for energy suspension bushings?

There not for the same thing.
ES sub frame bushings go on the center cross member.
Where as the sub frame collars go on the k-member.

The ES sub frame bushings don't make a lot of difference and I've never used the collars to say about them.

Speedymax99 is still selling them. I slid them in the K-frame in the summer of 2010 and was pleased with the performance.
