Horse Power Questions?

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MUCH A 1995 MAXIMA AUTO HAVE, ALSO DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT 1999 HONNDA CIVIC V-TECH HAVE, AND DO I HAVE A CHANCE AGAINST HIM.

Your 1995 Max has 190 horsepower, and the '99 Civic V-TECHs have 127. I'd say you have more than a chance....

If its a civic SI, they have 160 hp. If its an EX, they have 127hp. They are both VTEC, one DOHC, the other SOHC. If your car is a 5 speed, you will destroy either of them. If your car is an automatic you might have problems with the SI, not with the EX though. Oh and lose the CAPS.

I agree...those 5-speed SIs are pretty quick....I regret to admit, but I got beat by a 5-speed SI with and intake and exhaust from a rolling start...and i hate to admit it, but it sounded good!
