Reseting The Computer On The MAx

I own a 95 Max gle auto. I think i may have screwed up my gears bad. Because i pulled the shift resistor cord out for a minute or two. How much would it be to reset my comeputer it i braught it to Nissan? I red directions on it, and its too risky for me to screw up.How much?$?$

how is it risky? you take a screw driver.. you turn it right all the way.. count to three.. turn it left all the way.. count to three.. turn it right again.. count to three.. .. turn it back left..

drivers side footwell.. to the right of your gas pedal.. there is a plastic cover with like 3 screws... directly behind it you will see it
