I didn't have much to do today, so I decided I'd take apart my dash and see with my own eyes what the bulbs behind the Climate Control unit and Bose stereo look like (i just did the blue LED mod to my doors, and have blue intelliglow needles on the way).
While I was in there, I snapped some nice pictures for all you people to look at. I have larger versions of all of them on my computer if anyones interested.

how long did it take you to take it off?

stupid bulbs..... busted all the time and....expensive.... need to change mine....

Now that I know what I'm doing, probably not very long at all. For the climate control, once you get the dash apart and detach it from the metal brackets, the unit itself it all held together by little plastic clips around the outside. the front will come off without the buttons, then the back will come off, and then you have access to the circuit board.

Just a reminder, taking off blue covers on those bulbs do not make them brighter.
