Custom Corbeau seat bracket thoughts

Custom Corbeau seat bracket thoughts
I bought some Corbeau CR-1's for $40.00 few weeks back. I just got them detailed and they are ready to be installed. I still need to build custom brackets for them though. I made a trip to the junkyard today and pulled off a driver and passenger side seat rails.
Now comes the hard part of custom fabricating them to support the CR-1's. I took some pictures of the brackets bolted in place. The bracket towards the center console is going to be difficult to fabricate in conjunction with the door side. If anyone has some thoughts or ideas about how to do this please share.
As you can see the console side sits about 2 inch higher than the door side, and the track protrudes upward.

Since you basically got the seats for free, how about buying real brackets and skipping the hassle and headaches of fabbing your own?
$200, you're done and they'll be a nice perfect custom rail just for your Maxima. I splurged and got the double locking sliders for an additional $20 each.

Conversely, you can't go pick any ol' seat brackets from the junkyard and hope to customize them. If anything, start with Maxima rails at least and adapt them to the Corbeau.

My buddy has some scrap metal and a welder. I figure I'll play with it for a bit, if I can't get it to work I'll just suck it up and buy a bracket.
