Thermal Exhausts are loud???????? The thermal muffler on my 98 maxima is not loud at all. It has a nice deep tone. I have never been told once by any law person that there is any thing wrong with my muffler (loud noise wise). it might have been loud on a Civic, but it will not be loud on a Maxima.
