Works for me:

The muffler sits higher up no thanks to some worm clamps around the rear hangars.

nice - how does it sound, and do you have other intake/exhaust mods?

description lists the mods on the car at the time of the vid. sounds a little bit different with the 00vi. i haven't made a clip with the 00vi but i will soon. i'll also make a vid when i change out the muffler -- Vibrant oval style muffler w/ 3" tip super stealth look (all black like the apexi noir muffler).

one thing that made me mad was that it was 6 inches too short bolting up to the cat, i guess some maximas had some sort of extension piece that i didn't. just went to a friends and used his welder and fabbed up a 6" piece with flanges.

other than the fitment issue i'm pretty happy with what a $250 (shipped to canada) ebay cat back gave me: SS304 and mandrel bent. it will sound exactly like chrisman's posted link if you'll be running just a cat back.
