Considering Getting Rid Of My Auto For A Manual

At this stage of the game, considering what was done to the car already, would it be worth it to purchase a 5 speed? Bored with the auto and I'm on 476 & 95 Daily

Items that have been replaced since car was purchased in October:

Brakes
Rear Brake Calipers
Knock Sensor
Oxygen Sensors
6th Gen Wheels To 4th Gen SE Wheels
Black SEL Seats
98-99 HU
Black Console
Black Door Panels
Black Shifter
SE Cluster (Not Installed Yet)

I remember the first time i drove a 4th gen AT. i was very impressed.

I remember the first time i drove a 4th gen MT. I was like, im buying this sh*t!!!! lol

Point being, its all a matter of preference. If u like MT over AT, then should always strive to get a MT. If its in your blood, its in your blood and nothing gonna change that trust me.

Completting a 5spd swap is no easy thing and a lil time consuming but totally do-able.

If i was you i wd try to sell the AT and find a MT. Be warned: the 4th gen tranny is a weak point for the max. Inspect the MT underside, If its wet with gear oil, walk away. the axle bearing are shot and require a rebuild to fix.

LOL I see what you're saying, though I've never driven one but it honestly can't be very difficult... at the time I was going through a rough time and was just looking to get rid of my 6.5 Gen quickly and stumbled upon the 4th gen. I figured if I find one in decent condition I could sell the one I own for roughly the same price or little of nothing

If you can swing it, get the MT before you sell the AT. Then you can tranfer any parts you want to keep. Looks like mostly interior parts.
