Need advice on what you guys think my car is worth. I am trying to sell it and I want to ask for a fair price so I get what its worth and buyer is happy with what they paid for it.

Here is a list of specs as well as what needs to be repaired:

- 97 SE
- 228,000 miles
- Engine and Tranny in good condition
- Black exterior/Black leather interior with wood
- Heated seats, radio, new tires, front cross bar, good shocks, sears gold battery and no leaks

Not working:

- AC (compressor has been by passed by crankcase pully to alternator)
- Sun Roof not working
- will need brakes in the next few months, maybe sooner if the buyer wants breaks to be squeak free
- exterior needs a little work, nothing major.

I am asking $1500 for it. Do you guys think this is a fair price for the car?

KBB says $2000 for fair condition, but no one seems to want to pay that for it so I am looking to see what the realistic value of my car is. KBB is kinda wack.
