alright when i take off in first gear car jumps power kicks in and off second smooths out but then feels like it loses power again my CEL was on when i pluged it up to my scanner i got a MAF sensor code a IAT code intake air temperature sensor and a P1400 code which is a EGR VAlve code according to the manual the scanner just says manufacturer code etc but i looked it up said EGR valve so far i replaced all three now is a matter of tring it out im putting everything back together so see what happens

yah I had all three codes, iat, knock sensor, and ignition switch. I replaced my rear valve cover gasket and cleaned the egr tube, throttle body and replaced a fuel injector. took it on a test drive and the hesitation seems to be gone!!

It is a 300 zx filter, I don't remember the brand. I made around 40 000 / 45 000 km with it. If I do remember, on the box it was saying to change it every 40k km.

The rust is INSIDE the clean part. The bottom filter was rusting.

It may be cause with the 10% ethanol we found in ultramar gas station.

i just dont know gang still got the hesitation issue changed alot of parts im tired. Next step i guess would be the coils i suppose this **** driving me crazy with this maxi pad lol. i hate just swaping out parts.

I feel the same way, I thought I solve my hesitation issue but Its back. It does not do it while the engine is cold, once the needle gets past C on the temp guage, it will bog down and hesitate really bad, I cant think of anything else it may be, Ive already put a new knock sensor, new plugs fuel filter, pcv valve, valve cover gaskets, ect and there is no check engine light, im confused!
