Broken Sway Bar End Link

Broken Sway Bar End Link

After soaking them penitrant the bolt broke off at the bottom part of the end link. What options do i have to get the top nut off?

is the nut turning? if not , turn & break that nut off, you may have to cut it off.

The whole thing spins. I was thinking of using a picklefork to pry it out but i don't know how far the threads go.

Why not just put a pair of vice grips on the link to keep it from spinning?

I had to use a sawz-all on one of mine this weekend to remove it. These things can be a pita to remove. If you end up going this rute careful not to hack the LCA with the recip blade. I went with Moog's replacement links, almost double the cost of the low end link kits but they have a LT warranty so I will never be buying them again. In addition they were the only greaseable links I could find.

This is what I had to do on mine as the boot was already torn and the endlink kept popping out of the knuckle.
