Headers and exhaust help.

Hey guys i was wondering if anyone knew the torque specs for 95 max exhaust manifold/headers and exhaust system.

exhaust manifold nut torque: 22-24 ft-lbs.....the flanges are standard torque if you wanna be that specific....I normally don't torque exhaust flange bolts just tighten or you can do the standard practice torque method according to bolt size and thread pitch!
