Every morning I start my max, this sound occurs. When I hit the gas, the sound fades out then will come back in again. Once the car has warmed up, it goes away. I found a video of it on YouTube of someone having the same issue. Anybody have an idea of what it could be?

Sounds almost like its rattling the pipes under the car. Sounds awful. Something has to be vibrating.

I have that sound on really cold mornings when warming up the car. It's not as loud as it seems in the video. It happened on my old 4th gen too. Never thought anything of it honestly.

 

cold bearings on something. Belt might be deflected a bit. My crank pulley is deflected like crazy. Wobbly lol

 

Open the hood and look/listen to locate and find the cause?

mine does it but a lot less loud. my boys does it too which is why i never bothered with it.
