00vi guys step in here

Ok guys i got mostly all my 00vi parts together, from what ive read the 4th gen fuel lines need an adapter to connect the 5th gen rail... that bein said what did you guys do to fix this issue?? what part/part number did you buy?? pictures would be beneficial for me as well... im using iacv adapter plates along with iacv block plates. and whos running the 5th gen egr tube and how did you set it up?? any benefit to blocking off the egr tube and if so is there a way to do it without triggering a light?

I used these adaptors I got off ebay. The feed line is a barb type fitting that I attached with a fuel clamp to the fuel filter. The return is a -6 AN fitting that goes into an Aeromotive regulator. The regulator then has a barb type fitting that attaches to the factory return line.

They're universal for most nissan fuel rails.

I'm also using the 5th Gen TB with a block off plate to a 4th gen IACV adaptor. Works perfect.

As for EGR, idk about that. I'm using the factory block off since I did a full 2k1 DEK swap which didn't come with external EGR. I've read that all you need is the guide tube though, which is fairly inexpensive from Courtesy Nissan.

BTW, I took the old POS philips head bolts to home depot and matched them up to some nice allen head cap screws and lock washers.

5g egr bolts up no issues or you can use a factory bop... deleting it without causing cel all you need is to keep the temp sensor plugged in n let it sit somewhere. Then plug off both sides of egr, OEM plug can be used for the header end of egr

it doesn't give an increase in performance by deleting it. I dunno how it affects nox gasses but I kept mine since I have only a high flow cat. I still wanna keep it but might not be possible when I get my headers installed (no egr bung)

If you had searched for something as simple as "fuel rail adapter" you would have your answer.

I used a 5th gen EGR guide tube on mine. IIRC, it required a little bending to fit properly, no big deal. Car ran great, no codes.

they are both the same adaptors. The screw holes are at different locations, but the adaptors are made for that.

see how the holes aren't circular? its because they fit a variety of different bolt patterns. But its the same adaptor for both sides.
