exhaust noise??

hey guys im having this weird noise coming from right under the shifter ebrake area.. sound is only present going over bumps on the road, it feels like the exhaust is loose and just moving around hitting the frame of the car. I checked under and the exhaust is new from headers back all oem and all hangers are in use.. its just a really annoying noise and was wondering if u guys know how i can get rid of it. I will take it on a drive after posting this and record so u guys can get a better idea of what it sounds like.

FLEX PIPE! had the same issue in my car. Im going to let you in on a secret that I wish I knew when i replaced mine.

Now is the perfect time to replace it with an aftermarket y-pipe. You get a new flexpipe and you'll gain a solid 10-15hp for just about the same price.

Its not the flex pipe.. as i stated in my original post the car has a brand new exhaust from headers back, which includes y pipe, cat, b pipe, axleback and muffler. i dont have a leak its just the pipng is hitting the frame of the car when i hit imperfections on the road.

Reading>me. Lol. Saw the video and I'm not sure. Take it to a muffler shop they generally do a free diagnosis.

Check your heat shields because one of them might be loose or was bent when the new exhaust was put in.

It's around the B-Pipe. My guy put some kind of rubber hanger beside the pipe and it stopped..

I've got the same issue sounds like it's coming from somewhere in the rear around the b-pipe/muffler. I had the car on a lift the other day looking at the exhaust and i couldnt tell where the noise was coming from. Really annoying noise lol

I had the exact same noise when I installed my new exhaust 2.5 years ago because I had the exhaust raised too high while tightening the bolts.

After placing the jack under the b-pipe I loosened all bolts on both sides of the cat and b-pipe. I then lowered the loosened exhaust with the jack ~1.5". After tightening those bolts back up the sound disappeared for good.
