I noticed that some people change there pulley out on the supercharger to a smaller one. What does this do for the supercharger, does it increase horsepower?

It changes the gearing for the SC and causes it to make more boost, which means more horsepower.

Boost Disease..

Stillen Supercharger comes with around 7lbs of boost. You can boost it up to like 8-10lbs with different pulleys. It's a disease, once you get it, you can't be happy with just 7 hehe.

I think that's the extent of the tinkering you can really do with an SC. That's why some folks get turbo setups. They can really mess around and experiment with stuff.
