96 auto

 

my max is currently 99 5 speed... my motor is 97 fed spec...will be swapping to 97 fed spec ecu shortly...so for not 99 5 speed...most likely by the time this is ready 97 5 speed setup lol

 

99 fed emission and trannys out of 96 but all the same on autos except the lsd and non lsd

 

22 so far and I know of 2 of you guys out there that haven't done the poll yet.

Im def in, Im swapping and 01 dek with a manual tranny in my 86.

 

How much power will these electronics unleash?

 

It will all depend upon your car's current setup. Being that everyone has different setups the results will vary. Being able to make changes and setting up how the motor handles the changes is the main idea. You tell the motor what to do and when so to speak. Wanna run more timing? Shouldn't be a problem. There are many advantages to having a standalone ECU.

Any word on when these will be available?? i will be going 00vi this season at some point.. and my ecu will be from a 97 fed 5mt..

Once a thread has been created, I don't think a Poll can be added after the fact. I think this is why he created this thread; to work in conjuction with the other thread. No biggie

 

This was started to find out how many guys would be running 99 ecu's and/ or automatic transmissions as the wiring will be sligbty different.

I don't see Maxima listed for nistuning. For me, it is too expensive. I'd have to buy another ECU (mine has been JWT modified) and then another $600+ for their setup.

MS3, with everything I would need to run a VQ35 engine would be about $800.. Complete.
