Anyone use / recommend a "complete" shock strut suspension kit?

I need to replace my coil springs at a minimum due to age and wear, but may as well do shocks and struts while I am paying for labor. I see there are complete kits available with everything you need and already assembled. Monroe Sensa Track makes these kits and seem to get good reviews on amazon. Any opinions? Some other sites have kits for less money but don't specify brand which makes me weary. At least Monroe is a name brand.

Also should I consider doing control arm ball bearing kits while everything is apart, or not necessary? Car only has 132,000 miles but is old and had previously been lowered for about 20,000 miles which seemed to add to the wear and tear. Opinions?

The Sensa Track setup should be just fine. Check the ball joints, if there lose, replace them. If there tight leave them alone.
