license plate light screws ?

I wana swap out the license plate bulbs, already bought the LEDs but realized the screw is rusted on.

Anyone know how long the screw is off hand and the size? I plan to spray some WD40 and use a VISE grip to clamp it down and force twist it off.

Your lucky if the light bracket isn't rusted down to nothing, I had to make a new one from sheet metal

Cut assembly off. Then just wire in an LED/SMD strip.
