Foglights for 99

I think I've fallen in love with r34 headlights with hid kit and yellow fog lights to match.. Can someone help me on which way to go? I don't want to spend money on hid conversion to make fogs bright yellow does anybody know of a replacement bulb I can use to make fogs bright yellow?

Ebay sells yellow fog light bulbs, and you can buy the lexan yellow wrap as well to make the glass yellow as well. Also on Ebay.

Looking at probably $8 for bulbs and $5 for the wrap

Yes, those are nice. But he doesnt want to spend money n HID's, so I figured he wouldn't want to spend the money on projectors.

I was merely stating the ease of installation for what he wanted, your lights would be the way I would go for sure. I tried the retro on my heads, that didn't work so well. lol maybe if I tried something smaller like that it would work.

And, not ALL the bulbs suck, if you buy the 5 dollar pair, you get what you pay for basically. lol I've had some Ebay yellow bulbs in my fogs since I bought my car over two years ago.
